  Catherine is an absolute gem of a real estate agent. She listens, knows buyers in the market and goes out of her way to be available to show the property when the buyers want to see it. My property was under contract in a week and she worked through the whole process to make sure it went smoothly. Now she just needs to find me my next home. Thank you Catherine.   I am a long-term landlord and have found Churchill Property Management the most professional and thorough team that has managed my properties. I moved to Churchill Real Estate after a disappointing experience with another company, met Damon, Andrew and Chris had have not had to worry again. They are easy to deal with, flexible and can answer any question asked of them in their relevant field. We were kept updated of all matters through the tenancy since they took over, and issues with the vacating tenants were pursued and addressed, making sure we weren’t out of pocket for repairs and cleaning.

  Andrew and Michelle are so professional and the team is just awesome! I have been renting in the past with various agents and I have always found them so annoying as they keep sending numerous emails about something or the other and are hardly responsive when there is any issue. Andrew's team are always welcoming and very very responsive. It's been a pleasure dealing with them :) Highly recommend!
