  Very unprofessional, lied to us several times. Made promises but never followed through. They like to play pretend like they know what they're doing and are professionals, and they'll act nice when you're there in person, but they turn rotten at the drop of a hat. Untrustworthy operation, steer well clear.

  As a trade supplier, our team are in constant contact with Clark Real Estate Clayfield. Every staff member we have dealt with has been professional, friendly and extremely efficient. Debbie, Ellen and the team go above and beyond for all of their clients.   I have recently come across them. Although they seemed to be extra caring at the beginning they ended up on the negative side. They promote themselves based on "Honesty" lot but unfortunately I have found them one of the least transparent lot. The Real estate agents may not be obliged to disclose the reason why a particular applicant may be unsuccessful but I am sure they don't simply run away from an applicant as soon a decision is made on a property - stop taking calls, don't answer to texts. It is better for them not to show extra keenness to market a property and then just ignore. And surprise - just came to know from 1Form platform that they have not even opened my application. I am not that tech savvy but at least can guess what might have happened. Better to be away from these real time wasters.

  Stacey from Clark Real Estate did an excellent job at selling my unit in Nundah. She proved to be very pro-active and also a good listener, who delivered the results I wanted. I recommend the team at Clark Real Estate Clayfield to anyone who is looking to sell. They don't charge for marketing and work hard to negotiate a sale that is appropriate for both seller and buyer.

  We have just signed a new lease on a property in Clayfield and so far are very happy with the team at Clark Realty. John, Sophie and Ellen have all been very professional and friendly, and kept us updated throughout the application process. Even though they were flat out at this busy time of year, Sophie took the time to talk through our new lease with me with kindness and understanding. It was processed within two days and we now don't have to stress about finding a new home. We have had difficult dealings with real estate agents in the past, so this has been a lovely breath of fresh air!
